Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of work experience, including 8+ years in commercial roles (sales, market access or customer insights)
• Experience managing complex external partnerships with senior leadership, budgets, and alliance management.
• Direct experience with NME launch readiness strategy development and execution.

Responsabilidades

• Translate high-level brand strategy into the development and execution of the customer strategy, tactical planning, and marketing campaigns.
• Lead omnichannel campaigns across multiple marketing platforms and channels, collaborating with Customer Marketing Directors and senior leadership.
• Manage budgets, Agency of Record spend, and ensure compliant promotional tactics in partnership with PRC and Legal/Regulatory.
• Foster cross-functional and partner alignment to support external collaborations and launch readiness.
• Develop and mentor the Customer Marketing team, driving collaboration and capability growth.
