Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate event management, experiential marketing, hospitality or related fields.
• Experience leading large-scale, high-profile events and executive-level programs.
• Strong strategic planning, project management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy aligned with Hearst's priorities, business objectives and brand reputation.
• Lead the creation of engaging event concepts and experiences reflecting Hearst's culture, values and leadership position.
• Identify innovative event formats, technologies and trends to keep Hearst forward-thinking.
• Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to deliver measurable engagement impact.
• Lead exploration and adoption of AI and emerging technologies to drive event innovation, analytics and content development.
