Job summary

Reporting to the VP Total Rewards and Employee Experience, this executive guides governance and evolution while shaping job frameworks and career architecture to drive engagement and performance.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 12 years of progressive HR leadership, primarily in Employee Benefits and Compensation.
• Proven superior consulting, problem solving, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated success influencing executive leadership teams and driving enterprise-wide change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, governance and evolution of compensation, benefits, health and well-being, performance, and rewards strategies.
• Lead transformation of performance management and rewards programs to align with enterprise priorities.
• Build a high-performing Total Rewards organization with capabilities in analytics, consulting, and execution.
