Job summary

Page Executive is partnering with a high-growth publicly traded financial services organization in Midtown Manhattan to appoint a Senior Vice President, Total Rewards. This leadership role will direct executive compensation, governance, and benefits strategy across the company, with direct exposure to the Board and C-suite.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in Total Rewards, deep experience authoring CD&A disclosures, and a proven track record in regulated industries.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive compensation and Total Rewards experience.
Executive compensation expertise in a publicly traded company environment.
Non-negotiable experience authoring Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) disclosures.
Experience supporting a Board Compensation Committee or equivalent governance structure.

Responsibilities

Lead executive compensation strategy, governance, and compensation committee support activities.
Own preparation and authorship of CD&A disclosures and executive compensation sections of proxy filings.
Design, administer, and oversee short-term and long-term incentive plans for senior executives.
Partner with executive leadership and the Board's compensation committee on compensation strategy, benchmarking, and governance.
Lead annual compensation planning cycles, including salary, bonus, equity, and executive rewards programs.
Oversee benefits strategy, vendor management, and Total Rewards program effectiveness.
Leverage analytics, automation, and AI tools to enhance reporting and decision-making processes.
