Job summary

Nuvation Bio, Inc. is seeking a Director of Clinical Data Management to lead study-level data management for oncology programs. You will oversee data deliverables, CRF design, data reviews, and database setup in collaboration with CROs and internal teams.

You will develop DMPs, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor CDM staff as the organization grows, with opportunities for line management and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, data science/statistics/math, computer science, health informatics, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of clinical data management experience in biotech/pharma/CRO.
• 3+ years managing people, vendors, and functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead study-level data management activities and serve as the CDM lead for trials.
• Develop and maintain data management plans and CRF/eCRF design guidance.
• Oversee data review, query management, and data cleaning; support database lock processes.
