Job summary

Nuvation Bio, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to provide scientific leadership for evidence generation across oncology assets, including real-world evidence, external research, and expanded access programs.

The role supports product lifecycle decisions, regulatory submissions, and payer discussions, with NSCLC experience preferred. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Regulatory to ensure integrated

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in epidemiology/biostatistics/oncology or related field.
• Director level: 8–12 years in evidence generation; Senior Director level: 12+ years.
• Proven track record designing and delivering observational studies and RWE for regulatory interactions, market access and/or clinical development.
• Deep knowledge of oncology clinical endpoints and treatment paradigms (NSCLC preferred).
• Experience managing vendors, CROs and multi-disciplinary internal teams; budget management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated Evidence Generation Plans (IEGPs) across the oncology portfolio.
• Coordinate governance, prioritization, and decision-making forums for evidence programs.
• Design, prioritize and oversee observational studies to address strategic data gaps.
• Lead protocol and analysis plan development; ensure methodological rigor and appropriate use of real-world endpoints.
• Interface with regulators and payers to align evidence generation and support submissions.
