Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field.
• MBA preferred or engineering/architecture license.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management, maintenance, facilities, environmental services, or engineering.
• 7+ years leading and developing high-performing teams, including managers and cross-functional partners.
• CAL OSHA 10-hour certification or better.
• PMI/Construction Management certifications preferred; IICRC preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance.
• Ability to work on-site ~60% of the time; flexible schedule including weekends/evenings.
• Experience with as-built plans and risk management systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of Project Managers, managing KPIs for regional success.
• Maintains SOPs, process oversight, and project management tool configuration.
• Tracks regional performance and performs root cause analysis with Senior Leadership.
• Partners with Risk Management and Legal on pollution claims and incidents.
• Ensures compliance with policies, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Manages budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow with GL coding.
• Optimizes vendor/contractor performance and onboarding based on volume.
