Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead environmental solutions projects across the Southwest, based in Irvine or Torrance, CA.

You will guide site characterization, risk assessments, remedial design, regulatory interaction, and reporting, coordinating with a team of professionals. You’ll manage client relationships, proposals, cost estimates, and project schedules while mentoring junior staff, with opportunities to work on diverse sites and potentially

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, engineering, or similar discipline.
• 10–15 years of on-site remediation project experience with California regulations.
• HAZWOPER training (40 hours) current.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple environmental projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Plan site investigations and remedial activities; prepare and review reports.
• Coordinate efforts across teams and maintain client and regulatory communications.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee subcontractors and invoicing.
