Job summary

CMC is seeking a Director of Salesforce Implementation & CRM Platforms to lead enterprise CRM strategy, governance, and value realization. You will manage a team of product managers and CRM leaders, align platforms with business priorities, drive adoption, data quality, and scalable processes across a large manufacturing enterprise.

Qualifications

5+ years leading CRM or Salesforce programs in complex environments.
Proven experience with large-scale CRM transformations in manufacturing/distribution.
Strong governance, data quality, and adoption measurement skills.

Lead enterprise Salesforce implementation strategy, roadmap, governance, and execution.
Oversee CRM platform ownership across Salesforce, Dynamics, and HubSpot.
