Job summary

Nexxen in Chicago is seeking a Senior Director, Sales to lead one of our most strategic portfolios of agency and brand partnerships, anchored by Publicis Groupe, and to guide a high-performing team of Strategic Account Executives across the Central Region.

You will own the commercial strategy, expand executive relationships, drive revenue growth, and shape Nexxen's go-to-market approach while empowering talent and delivering measurable client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital advertising, ad tech, or programmatic sales.
• 5+ years leading high-performing sales teams.
• Proven success driving enterprise revenue growth through partnerships, new business, and account expansion.
• Established executive relationships across Publicis Groupe and the agency ecosystem.
• Deep expertise across the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, CTV, OLV, Display, PMPs, identity, data, measurement, and AI-enabled advertising.
• Experience navigating complex agency organizations and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong operational discipline across forecasting, pipeline management, account planning, and sales performance.
• Executive presence with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial strategy and revenue growth for the portfolio.
• Lead a high-performing team of Strategic Account Executives across the Central Region.
• Expand strategic partnerships and influence go-to-market strategy.
• Represent Nexxen externally through client meetings, industry events, and thought leadership.
