Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Director of Enterprise Retail Sales to lead a team of seasoned Account Executives across top retail categories. You will drive strategic growth, coach AEs, and influence cross-functional partners to advance complex commercial opportunities.
You will shape GTM strategy, manage pipeline health, and ensure strong executive engagement with major retailers. The role requires deep enterprise selling experience and a track record of high-impact leadership in a remote-first
Competenze
- 10+ years of enterprise sales, partnerships, or leadership experience.
- Proven ability to manage and develop senior, quota-carrying AEs.
- Experience leading teams through complex, high-growth sales cycles.
- Strong alignment with affirm’s mission and merchant value.
- Experience selling to large retail merchants in payments or related spaces.
- Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Mansioni
- Lead, coach, and develop senior Account Executives and drive accountability.
- Own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, deal progression, and revenue outcomes.
- Guide complex deals, build business cases, and negotiate effectively.
- Build relationships with senior leaders at major retailers and pursue priority opportunities.
- Shape Enterprise Retail GTM strategy with leadership on planning and territory management.
- Partner with Product, Client Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to meet milestones.
- Leverage data, AI, and modern tools to improve planning and forecasting.
- Travel as needed for merchant meetings and industry events.
