The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in program management, 10+ years in consulting, Agile/SCRUM, PMP, and Salesforce certifications, with a proven track record in complex, multi-cloud programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in program management leading enterprise-scale CRM projects.

• 10+ years experience in management consulting or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology.
• Agile SCRUM Master Certification and PMP Certification preferred.
• Salesforce Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fully allocated to a single high-stakes transformation program or a small handful of strategic accounts.
• Maintain a 78% utilization target; acting as a highly active, deeply embedded practitioner.
• Owns the end-to-end program P&L, executive client relationships, steering committees, and delivery governance.
• Serves as the senior point of escalation and executive air cover for the delivery teams they’re aligned with.
• Lead enterprise software project delivery experience to Salesforce clients.
• Provide senior-level consulting and counsel to client business and technology executives as a trusted advisor.
• Align multi-cloud delivery best practices, resourcing, team structure, knowledge, and assets.
