Job summary

Brother International Corporation seeks a Senior Director, Enterprise Program and Change Management to lead enterprise PMO and organizational change initiatives across the Americas. You will partner with executives to define success, allocate resources, and establish governance while guiding multi-region teams through complex transformation efforts.

The role requires 15+ years of experience in project management, governance and change management, with PMP/Agile preferred and a hybrid work setup

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing large projects and programs with executive interaction.
• Experience establishing EPMO governance structures within mid-to-large organizations.
• Proven ability to drive transformation, continuous improvement and process excellence initiatives.
• Experience managing project financials and budgets.
• Experience in change management and adoption strategies.
• PMP and Agile certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise project management and change teams.
• Oversee governance and successful execution of programs and projects.
• Partner with executives to align roadmaps, resources and programs.
• Drive program performance metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights.
