MAXIMUS is seeking a seasoned Technical Leader to own the program's engineering vision, architecture, and delivery across CRM, ERP, and enterprise systems. You will drive platform modernization, automation, and platform operations while ensuring security, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

This role leads multiple teams, manages budgets and vendors, and forges strong partnerships with business and technology leaders to prioritize investments and transformation initiatives.

Formación

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Progressive experience in enterprise applications, CRM, ERP, software engineering, or platform engineering.
• 7+ years of technology leadership experience managing enterprise platforms, application portfolios, or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise CRM and ERP platforms, preferably Salesforce and/or Deltek Costpoint.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, APIs, integration, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Strong understanding of security, identity, data governance, risk, compliance, resilience, and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing technology budgets, licensing, vendors, professional services, and workforce planning.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical risk management for the program, including architectural, security, performance, and integration risks.
• Ensure engineering processes support high reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide escalation and resolution for complex technical issues impacting cost, schedule, or mission success.
