Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking an experienced technology leader to own the program's engineering vision, architecture, and delivery across CRM/ERP platforms, cloud, and security domains. You will drive modernization, establish standards, and shepherd cross‑functional teams through complex initiatives.

In this role, you will partner with business leaders to prioritize capabilities, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study.
• 12+ years of professional experience in enterprise applications, CRM/ERP, or platform engineering.
• 7+ years of technology leadership managing enterprise platforms or technical teams.
• Experience leading enterprise application strategy, architecture, integration, modernization, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise CRM/ERP platforms, preferably Salesforce and/or Deltek Costpoint.
• Experience with APIs, integration, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Strong understanding of security, identity, data governance, risk, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Experience budgeting, licensing, vendors, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Own technical leadership for the contract or program, ensuring integrity and quality of engineering solutions.
• Ensure all technical deliverables meet contractual requirements, SLAs, and compliance standards.
• Lead technical decision making for scope changes, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Document scope changes with Program Manager, ensuring clear communications among stakeholders.
• Serve as senior technical interface with customers, supporting reviews and briefings.
• Ensure tracking of technical work, schedules, reviews, and meetings.
• Set expectations for technical rigor, documentation quality, and engineering discipline.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
