Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Senior Technical Leader to own the program's engineering vision across CRM, ERP, and platform services. You will drive architecture, integration, DevSecOps, and operations to deliver reliable, compliant enterprise solutions.

You’ll lead diverse teams, manage budgets and vendor contracts, and collaborate with business and technology leaders to align investments with strategic goals while ensuring security, performance, and scalable modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Experience leading enterprise application strategy, architecture, integration, modernization, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise CRM/ERP platforms (Salesforce/Deltek Costpoint).
• Experience in APIs, integration, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Own technical risk management for the program, including architectural, security, performance, and integration risks.
• Define and drive architecture, engineering, and modernization across systems and platforms.
• Lead enterprise application strategy and ensure program solutions scale beyond a single contract.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize capabilities and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee budgets, licensing, vendors, and workforce planning.
