Job summary

The Office of Technology and Innovation (OTI) in New York City seeks a Senior Director, Enterprise Network Architecture to lead data center architecture across multiple enterprise data centers, ensuring scalable and secure infrastructure aligned with city-wide strategy.

You will manage cross-site initiatives, define global architecture including CCEWIN/Optical tech, and mentor teams while steering innovation and budget planning in a 24/7 environment. Brooklyn-based with NYC-wide impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field pertinent to voice/data telecommunications or related area with required experience.
• Four years of full-time experience in analytical, planning, operational, technical, or administrative duties in voice/data telecommunications or related field; 18 months in executive/managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data center architecture across enterprise data centers to ensure cohesive design.
• Direct multi-site data center initiatives aligning with global network strategy and high-availability standards.
• Define global enterprise network architecture including CCEWIN and Optical technologies for future growth.
• Evaluate and validate emerging technologies to solve future problems innovatively.
• Design highly available, secure, on-premises and cloud-based network solutions.
