Job summary

Forgent Power is seeking a Senior Director of Learning & Development to lead the enterprise learning strategy and programs across English- and Spanish-speaking populations, with on-site work in Columbus, Ohio or Minneapolis, MN. The role spans instructional design, delivery, AI-enabled learning, and the LMS infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in L&D, manufacturing experience, and a track record of building scalable programs, managing budgets, and partnering with HR and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years in L&D.
• Experience designing and delivering AI-enabled learning at scale.
• Proven ability to lead learning strategy across large, matrixed organizations.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise learning strategy, roadmap, and annual program plan.
• Design, develop, and deliver core enterprise programs (onboarding, leadership, safety).
• Develop curricula for AI fluency, problem-solving, and communications.
• Manage LMS, courses, instructors, and vendor relationships.
• Design and administer the performance management cycle and supporting tech.
