Quality Technology Services in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Governance to set the enterprise vision for governance, portfolio standards, and change management at scale. You will build and run a Center of Excellence, partnering with executives to align priorities, establish decision forums, and drive value realization across the transformation portfolio.

You will lead directors and managers, shape governance frameworks, and ensure disciplined execution.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, operations, information systems, or related field or equivalent.
11+ years in enterprise PMO, governance, portfolio leadership, or related disciplines.
4+ years of direct people-leadership experience.
Experience designing and scaling governance, standards, and portfolio-management capabilities.
Executive-level influence and strategic judgment.

Mansioni

Set multi-year strategy and operating model for governance and delivery maturity.
Define enterprise governance practices, including decision forums and escalation models.
Establish enterprise policies and standards with key leaders.
Lead change management strategies across the portfolio.
Develop and evolve portfolio management capabilities and reporting.
Lead directors, managers, and senior professionals; build COE capabilities.
Partner cross-functionally to drive adoption of standards and tools.
Represent governance in strategic planning, risk, and investment discussions.
