Job summary

A leading IT solutions company is seeking a Director of Product/Portfolio Governance to support the Executive Operations of the Defense Healthcare Management Systems. This role focuses on enhancing governance processes and supporting senior leaders through organizational changes. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in a Chief of Staff or similar role and must be comfortable working onsite in Rosslyn, VA. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience supporting senior leaders in a Chief of Staff, PMO, or executive operations role.
• Proven ability to support governance changes and prepare materials for executive‑level meetings.
• Ability to work onsite in Rosslyn, VA, five days per week.
