The Rector & Visitors of the University of Virginia seeks a Senior Director, Finance to lead enterprise-wide finance transformation, modernize systems, and advance the One UVA vision. This remote leadership role partners with UVA Health and university leaders to translate strategy into scalable financial solutions across finance, accounting, treasury, and data domains.

- 10+ years of professional finance experience.
- 6+ years in formal management roles.

- Guide cross-functional teams to standardize, automate, and strengthen processes.
- Design and implement intercompany framework and governance.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, IT, and Tax leaders.
