• Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead a comprehensive, system-wide emergency management strategy aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Incident Command and Emergency Response: Serve as the system emergency management leader during significant incidents, disasters, and public health emergencies.
• Business Continuity and Organizational Resilience: Lead enterprise-wide business continuity planning efforts, including coordination with internal partners.
• Training and Exercises: Design and conduct emergency preparedness education and training programs for staff and leadership.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with CMS Emergency Preparedness, The Joint Commission standards, state requirements, as well as FEMA and NIMS requirements.
