Job summary

Northern Light Health seeks a Director of Quality to lead the hospital's quality strategy, patient safety initiatives, and risk management. You will drive improvements across patient experience, safety metrics, and staff quality with executive collaboration.

The role reports to the Chief Quality & Patient Safety Officer and requires strategic leadership, regulatory knowledge, and strong stakeholder engagement to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or clinical specialty required.
• Active RN license in Maine preferred.
• Master's degree and/or professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, execution, and oversight of the quality strategy for the hospital.
• Oversee patient experience, patient safety, risk management and staff quality.
• Identify and implement quality and process improvement initiatives to achieve clinical excellence.
