Job summary

Intrado is seeking a strategic Director of Enterprise Data Management to lead and transform our data function. Reporting to the SVP of Information Technology, you will define data governance, master data, warehousing, analytics, and reporting to enable trusted insights across the business.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise data management, analytics, or BI.
• Proven leadership building and developing data engineering and analytics teams.
• Experience implementing data governance and master data management programs.
• Experience defining systems of record across ERP, CRM, and operations.
• Experience leading cloud-based data platforms, data warehouses, and reporting environments.
• Strong communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise data management strategy, governance, and master data initiatives.
• Establish standards and processes for data consistency, integrity, and accountability.
• Lead the Data Governance Council and drive enterprise-wide adoption of data standards.
• Define and manage key master data domains including customer, product, and contract data.
• Establish data quality metrics and partner with leaders to improve data health.
• Define and maintain enterprise systems of record and data ownership across platforms.
• Oversee data lineage, integration standards, and governance for reliable reporting.
• Ensure data architecture supports scalability, compliance, and business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers and analysts.
• Drive reporting modernization and reduce complexity across tools.
