Qualifications

• Doctorate/Masters/Bachelor level education with 5/8/10+ years in marketing tech, transformation, or program mgmt.
• Experience leading large-scale marketing technology transformations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder readiness skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise content and audience strategy across channels.
• Build and lead a high-performing content and audience strategy function.
• Establish governance frameworks for taxonomy, metadata, and content standards.
• Oversee content production strategy and external partner relationships.
• Represent content strategy in executive governance forums and roadmaps.
