Job summary

Nemours is seeking a Sr Director of Compensation to lead the enterprise-wide compensation function. This executive role will shape strategy, governance, and analytics for base pay, incentives, and market competitiveness across multiple states and job families.

You will partner with senior executives and the Total Rewards leadership to ensure pay equity and regulatory compliance while driving workforce optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Master's degree (MBA, MS-HR, or related) preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive compensation experience, including 4–10 years in leadership roles.
• Experience in a complex healthcare environment; physician/clinical compensation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal compensation strategist advising senior executives and enterprise leaders on market trends and pay positioning.
• Lead enterprise job architecture, leveling, pricing, and governance across locations and job families.
• Oversee annual compensation planning, budgeting, and incentive design to align with financial objectives.
• Drive compensation analytics, market intelligence, and forecasting to support talent strategies.
