Nemours Foundation seeks a Sr. Director, Compensation to lead enterprise-wide compensation programs for 9,000+ associates across multiple locations.

This role blends strategic vision with analytics to attract, motivate, and retain talent within a complex healthcare framework. You will advise senior executives and the Compensation Committee on market competitiveness, pay equity, and policy governance while directing salary administration, incentive design, and data-driven forecasting to support

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
Master’s degree (i.e., MBA, MS-HR, or related field) preferred.
Minimum: 10-15 years of progressive compensation experience, including 4-10 years in leadership roles.
Experience in a complex healthcare environment; physician or clinical compensation experience a plus.
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CCP preferred.

Mansioni

Serve as Nemours principal compensation strategist advising executives on market trends and pay positioning.
Partner with senior leaders on governance, philosophy, and enterprise talent strategy.
Oversee enterprise job architecture, leveling, pricing, and structure development.
Lead compensation analytics, market intelligence, and forecasting.
