Job summary

MyEyeDr. seeks an Enterprise Architecture & Engineering Sr. Director to define and drive our enterprise architecture, modernization, and platform strategy across clinical, retail, corporate, and customer-facing systems.

Reporting to the CTO, you will shape technology investments, standards, and roadmaps while guiding modern engineering practices, cloud-native platforms, and API-first integrations to enable growth and digital innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years in designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions.
• 10+ years in enterprise/software architecture or leadership roles.
• Experience leading architecture/engineering teams in complex environments.
• Cloud-native architectures on Azure and/or AWS.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise architecture vision, standards, and governance.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps for modernization to enable enterprise transformation.
• Lead architecture governance and investment alignment with business priorities.
• Partner with executives to translate business goals into scalable tech solutions.
• Establish reference architectures, design patterns, and engineering principles.
• Drive DevSecOps, SRE, CI/CD, IaC, and developer experience initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise data architecture for real-time analytics and BI.
• Govern cloud architecture across Azure and AWS; ensure security and resilience.
