Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a hands-on lead application engineer to own field and clinical app integrations, including Encompass POS and EEHR ecosystems. You will drive end-to-end stability, complex integrations, and observability across multiple platforms, partnering with Eyefinity and other vendors.

You will mentor a team of engineers and application specialists, guide incident response, and influence architectural planning while delivering high-availability solutions for enterprise healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field.
• 10+ years building and operating enterprise PMS or SaaS.
• Experience leading 2–3 engineering/scrum teams, incl. vendor/offshore.
• Hands-on observability experience across metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, SLOs/SLIs.
• Integration design/build across REST/SOAP, Windows services, queues, EDI.
• Strong C#/.NET, REST APIs, Azure, and SQL skills.
• 1–2 years AI technologies or AI-assisted SDLC exposure.
• Experience in Healthcare, incident management, and production support.
• Familiar with Confluence, Azure DevOps, Jira, CI/CD, APM, testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end system stability for Encompass, EEHR, and related apps.
• Lead deep technical triage across DB, app, infra, network, monitoring.
• Validate vendor scripts for production safety and data integrity.
• Drive incident mgmt and RCA for multi-clinic outages.
• Assess vendor release impacts on downstream systems and integrations.
• Own and evolve integration architecture across platforms and EDI.
• Establish observability with Dynatrace, APM, and logs/synthetic monitoring.
• Mentor engineers, set delivery cadence and ensure value delivery.
• Collaborate with PMO and Enterprise Architecture on standards.
• Lead onshore/offshore teams to deliver within budget.
