Job summary

OneOncology, LLC is seeking a Senior Director, AI Enablement & Operations to lead enterprise AI governance, validation, and operational oversight. You will build and scale the AI enablement function, drive risk-managed adoption of AI across the organization, and oversee the validation of critical systems including PHI handling and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership with AI/ML delivery and regulated systems validation.
• Experience building governance, validation, and QA programs for production systems.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication with C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise AI validation framework with risk-tiered approach.
• Establish and monitor pre-production accuracy testing against performance thresholds.
• Maintain production monitoring, model drift, error rates, and change detection.
