Fitch Ratings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director for Energy and Power within the Corporate, Infrastructure and Project Finance Group, based in New York, Chicago, or Toronto. The role reports to the Head of Energy and Power for North America.

You will lead ratings analysis, execution and research on North American projects, focusing on energy and power infrastructure and innovative credit structures. Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of solid project finance related experience in energy and power infrastructure.
• Proven project finance and infrastructure credit skills gained in a bank, rating agency, or buy-side environment.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in mentoring junior team members.

Responsabilités

• Lead ratings analysis, execution, and research on North American transactions.
• Evaluate credit structures and contribute to global criteria development.
• Identify trends and communicate impacts in industry and market reports.
• Gather data and documents for rating analyses and credit reports.
• Represent Fitch in industry conferences, meetings, and media interactions.
• Develop relationships with other Fitch analytical groups to ensure consistency.
