Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years in capital markets or credit analysis.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read complex structures and ask probing questions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects as priorities shift.

Responsibilities

• Work on ratings analysis and research on new and existing complex transactions.
• Identify trends and assess their credit impact for reports.
• Gather data and legal documents to produce ratings and reports.
• Interact with other Fitch analytical groups to develop rating approaches.
• Meet with senior management, bankers, and advisers to produce ratings for publication.
• Maintain external network and represent Fitch at conferences and meetings.
• Develop relationships with other analytical groups for consistency across Fitch.
