Job summary
Fitch Group is seeking a Senior Director in Chicago to lead ratings analysis and execution for North American power and energy infrastructure transactions. The role reports to the Head of Power within the Corporate, Infrastructure and Project Finance Group and will focus on renewable generation, thermal power, and related assets in the US and Canada.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of project finance experience in power & energy infrastructure.
- Proven project finance and infrastructure credit skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent modelling skills and proficient finance modelling.
- Ability to read and interpret complex credit structures.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Lead ratings analysis, execution and research on North American transactions.
- Evaluate innovative credit structures and contribute to criteria development.
- Identify trends and assess credit impact; summarize in industry reports.
- Gather quantitative/qualitative data and legal documents for ratings and reports.
- Maintain external networks and represent Fitch at industry events and meetings.
- Develop relationships with other Fitch analytical groups to ensure consistency.
- Mentor junior members of the Power Infrastructure team.
