Job summary

Moss is seeking a Senior Director, Engineering Management to lead Moss's Energy Division engineering portfolio. You will align portfolio strategy with company goals, manage talent planning, and drive cross-functional stakeholder engagement across Owners, Trade Partners, EORs, and internal teams.

You will oversee hiring, governance, and performance standards, while ensuring delivery predictability and strong commercial outcomes within a multinational solar EPC context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business Administration preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or comparable credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define team portfolios, regional assignments, and resource strategy.
• Own hiring strategy and workforce plans (6-month and 1-year).
• Define and track OKRs and 90/180-day plans for the organization.
• Own the EOR strategic relationship, including MSA review and contract standardization.
• Build governance frameworks across Engineering Management and drive stakeholder services.
