Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services Incorporated seeks a Protective Services Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Protective Services Department. The role ensures timely response to elder abuse reports, regulatory compliance, staff development, and high-quality service delivery in Massachusetts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years related experience required, or Master’s Degree in Social Work and three years of related experience.
• LICSW preferred.
• Case management experience strongly preferred.
• Must meet CORI/SORI and public health screening requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the Protective Services Department.
• Supervise the Protective Services staff and provide guidance and accountability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement across the department.
• Lead outreach and community education to raise awareness of elder abuse reporting.
• Develop and manage the department budget and performance metrics.
• Provide clinical leadership for complex cases and coordinate with external partners.
