Community Action Agency of Oklahoma is seeking a Director of Early Childhood Programs to provide strategic leadership for its early childhood initiatives in Oklahoma City. You will lead educators and staff, supervise curriculum development, manage budgets, build partnerships with schools and community groups, and use data to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of early childhood programs to ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to enhance program resources and support.
• Monitor program budgets, securing funding, and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
• Conduct regular assessments of program performance and make data-driven decisions to improve service delivery.
• Advocate for early childhood education within the community and represent the agency at local, state, and national events.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to early childhood education.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the early childhood programs.
