Qualifications

• Masters/Bachelors/Associate in early childhood education or related field.
• Related degrees include psychology, sociology, art therapy, child life, elementary education.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of Child Development classrooms.
• Provide leadership to teaching staff and ensure curriculum implementation and child outcomes.
• Maintain NAEYC accreditation and compliance with licensing and Head Start standards.
