ADP, Inc. is seeking an eCommerce Senior Director (DTC) to lead our direct-to-consumer business across RestfulNights.com and Down Lite Bedding.

This executive will own revenue growth, profitability, and customer acquisition, partnering with Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Operations, IT, and Customer Service. The role requires a strategic leader with deep eCommerce expertise, a track record of scaling digital businesses, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in direct-to-consumer/eCommerce leadership.
• 5+ years with revenue, profitability, and performance accountability.
• Experience scaling eCommerce and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Experience with Shopify Plus, platform migrations, and digital transformations.
• Proven track record in performance marketing, paid media, CRM, and retention.
• Ability to manage agencies, tech partners, and vendors; strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term eCommerce & DTC growth strategy.
• Own revenue, profitability, and channel performance; drive ROAS.
• Build annual plans, budgets, forecasts, and roadmaps.
• Present strategic initiatives and investment recommendations to leaders.
• Lead platform enhancements, migrations, and digital transformation efforts.
• Oversee paid search, social, SEO, and loyalty programs for growth.
• Lead lifecycle marketing, CRM, and retention initiatives.
