Job summary

Lilly, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, seeks a senior Technical Services/Manufacturing leader to guide network and site teams toward excellence in dry product manufacturing and new product commercialization. You will drive talent development, succession planning, and strategic capability building across the network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or Technical Services.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the organization.
• Determine the appropriate technical expertise at a Network level and close gaps.
• Ensure resources deliver timely and rigorous support to dry product sites.
• Oversee the performance management process with development plans.
• Conduct interim and end of year performance reviews.
• Coach, develop, and provide feedback to reports.
• Lead recognition, compensation, and promotion activities.
• Lead talent assessment and succession planning for network TS/MS.
• Encourage shared learning within and outside the department.
• Lead short and long-term business planning (objectives, budget, capital, capability).
• Lead control strategy, commercialization, and tech agenda.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop expectations for Control Strategy Implementation.
• Ensure that Dry products meet current Quality expectations and regulatory requirements.
