The position emphasizes process engineering, experimental programs, and knowledge sharing with a focus on spray dried technology and amorphous solid dispersions. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Competenze

• BS in Engineering or Science required.
• 8+ years manufacturing experience in a GMP-regulated environment (pharma manufacturing preferred).
• Strong engineering knowledge applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Mansioni

• Provide global engineering leadership in spray dried technology for amorphous solid dispersions.
• Guide cross-functional teams on technology development, assessments, and deployment.
• Assist with technical evaluations, problem resolution including root-cause analysis and productivity improvements.
• Develop networks with manufacturing and development peers to apply engineering to Lilly operations.
• Develop experimental programs, protocols, and models for technical problems.
• Oversee laboratory experiments ensuring safety, quality and speed.
• Prepare technical reports for knowledge sharing and leverage external resources when needed.
