Job summary

TBC Corporation in the Harrisburg area seeks a Distribution Center Senior Director to lead day-to-day RDC operations, ensuring SOP compliance and P&L oversight. This role drives labor, inventory, safety, and route management while aligning with annual plans and budgets.

You will partner with Wholesale and Franchise teams to meet service levels, implement continuous improvement, and foster an Employer of Choice culture at the site. A 4-year degree and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, business or related field.
• Proven leadership and motivational ability with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Lean methods and drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all elements of distribution center operations (shipping, receiving, inventory control, route management).
• Ensure SOPs are consistently applied to meet performance indicators.
• Protect company assets (inventory, equipment, facilities) and manage safety programs.
• Manage labor, delivery, and other variable costs to align with annual plans.
• Drive accountability, performance, and safety initiatives across the site.
• Collaborate with Wholesale and Franchise teams to meet service levels.
