Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Sr. Director of Dining Services to lead Canton, GA dining operations with a hands-on leadership style. You will manage a team, own client relationships, ensure food quality, and drive financial performance in collaboration with the client and Morrison leadership.

The role requires relocation to Canton, GA area and experience overseeing foodservice operations with P&L accountability. Relocation assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

• At least five years of proven leadership experience and two to four years managing foodservice operations.
• Strong knowledge of food quality, production, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls.
• The ability to lead people, manage client expectations, and take ownership of results.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience.
• Experience with P&L accountability and contract foodservice is preferred.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
