Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Sr. Director of Dining Services for Canton, GA. This hands-on leadership role oversees dining operations, client relations, and financial performance, with relocation required to the Canton area.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in foodservice, including 2–4 years managing operations, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. P&L accountability and contract foodservice experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least five years of proven leadership experience and two to four years managing foodservice operations.
• Strong knowledge of food quality, production, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls.
• The ability to lead people, manage client expectations, and take ownership of results.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience.
• Experience with P&L accountability and contract foodservice is preferred. ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day foodservice operations and develop a strong team.
• Build trusted relationships with the client and other departments.
• Deliver high-quality food and service while managing the budget.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, safety, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Spot opportunities to improve the dining experience and strengthen operations.
