Moore is a data-driven CXM company delivering integrated supporter experiences across platforms for nonprofit clients. The Senior Director of Digital Strategy provides leadership for Moore's digital strategy, including clients served via partner agencies at Moore.

The role may lead and develop a team within Moore Agency, and contributes to new business development, thought leadership, and growth opportunities across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with digital agency or digital marketing group.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience managing digital strategy functions and teams.
• Proven experience in digital marketing; nonprofit sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees weekly client touch-base meetings for updates on all digital deliverables.
• Oversees weekly internal WIP attendance and reporting for assigned client(s).
• Leads strategy development for programmatic display, paid search and paid social.
