Moore is seeking a Digital Strategist to lead digital campaign execution for nonprofit clients, acquiring, cultivating, retaining, and upgrading online donors. The role demands adaptability in a fast-paced environment and collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders across channels.

You will shape email marketing, programmatic, paid social, and paid search efforts, and produce performance reports to identify growth opportunities. A collaborative, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of online marketing and fundraising experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with nonprofit online marketing, including email campaigns.
• Development and implementation of online fundraising strategies.
• Familiarity with digital direct response marketing strategy and tactics.
• Understanding of industry best practices and emerging fundraising strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for email campaigns and digital media, including programmatic, paid social and paid search.
• Produce client performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, strategists and technical experts to generate engaging campaigns.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables including testing plans and campaign reports.
• Assist with researching and negotiating terms with vendors; finalize contracts.
• Lead both client-facing and internal meetings.
