Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of policy, legal, operational, technology, and security constraints that may impact projects.
• Strong program analysis and documentation skills including business requirements, user stories, workflows, and journey mapping.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program leads, executive leaders, and external stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable technology initiatives.
• Contribute to ideation, efficiency, and research workstreams addressing program needs with tech solutions.
• Articulate robust use cases for IT solutions supporting NYC child care goals.
• Analyze and score technology proposals for feasibility and alignment with program needs.
• Oversee design, deployment, and governance of digital tools and data systems for City programs.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across IT, data, product, program operations, and policy counsel.
• Establish performance metrics and evaluate impact on service delivery and equity.
