Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in Product Management for digital products.
• Experience managing products through the full SDLC.
• Strong ability to develop roadmaps and prioritize features by value.
• Experience using data/analytics to drive decisions.
• Strong Agile knowledge and cross-functional delivery.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and build relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, development, launch, and continuous improvement of digital products.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and identify user needs and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
• Prioritize features delivering the greatest user and business value.
• Define and monitor KPIs and outcomes for data-driven decisions.
• Translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and program teams for feasibility and delivery.
• Manage the product lifecycle from planning to maintenance.
• Build relationships with senior leaders, program owners, agencies, stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration toward common goals.
• Use analytics to prioritize enhancements and new features.
• Identify risks and address issues throughout the lifecycle.
