Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Director, Priority Digital Project Lead in Princeton, NJ to own the roadmap and delivery of Priority Digital Projects across multiple Aim Points. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive value realization, and ensure programs align with BMS enterprise AI priorities and strategic vision.

You will coordinate with diverse functions such as Quality, CTDO, Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure adoption, compliance, and sustainable impact,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in life sciences, engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, regulatory affairs, data/analytics, digital transformation, or business.
• 10+ years of experience in biopharma operations, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, MS&T, regulatory CMC, quality, tech transfer, launch readiness, portfolio operations, digital product management, or enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver the assigned Aim Point(s) and Priority Digital Projects.
• Own the roadmap for the assigned Aim Point(s) and ensure value outcomes.
• Evangelize the Aim Point's vision and align product decisions with enterprise strategy.
• Define the critical‑few roadmap and manage interdependencies for prototypes, MVPs, scale, and value realization.
• Lead and align Product Owners to ensure reusable, modular, adopted products.
• Drive convergence of data, domain knowledge, and AI relevant to the PDP.
• Partner with Finance to define baselines, benefit logic, and value capture.
• Cut through silos and ensure escalation paths and stakeholder alignment.
• Reinforce agile ways of working and mature the operating model.
• Plan change adoption, training, and run-state ownership from the start.
