Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 6 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer or similar, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience defining KPIs and using data-driven methods to drive product and platform decisions.
• End-to-end technical direction including architecture, scalability, resiliency, and security for large-scale systems.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, roadmaps, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Experience building internal engineering capabilities and managing vendor relationships.
• Exposure to AI/ML, cloud-native architectures, and real-time streaming technologies.
