Job summary

Vizient seeks a Sr Dir, Delivery Project Management to lead a client-facing PMO within the Delivery and Account Management organization. You will drive complex engagements across cross-functional teams, partnering with Account Management, Delivery, Operations, and Technology to deliver measurable client value while advancing governance, performance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience leading cross-functional project or program delivery.
Experience in healthcare, supply chain, consulting, managed services, or technology-enabled services.
5+ years leading, developing, and coaching high-performing project management teams.
Proven success leading client-facing initiatives with multiple internal stakeholders and executive relationships.
Experience developing project governance, performance metrics, and operational processes.
Willingness to travel based on client and business needs.

Responsibilities

Lead the Delivery Project Management organization with clear priorities, expectations, and accountability.
Coach PM leaders and teams through structured feedback and succession planning.
Align work to strategic priorities and adopt new tools to sustain engagement and delivery effectiveness.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments.
Communicate progress, risks, and value through executive governance and reviews.
Identify opportunities to optimize governance and maximize client value throughout engagements.
